Ashtabula, Ohio, Urology NP/PA Job Clinical Role:

• • Full-time negotiable schedule
  • Hospital Based Outpatient/Clinic
  • On call 10 days per month
  • 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
  • 90% Outpatient/10% Inpatient
  • 17-20 Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Day
  • 2 Current Urologists in the Group
  • Lab onsite
  • X-Ray onsite
  • Ancillary Office Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist
  • Equipment: PVR Scanner
  • EMR : EPIC
  • Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
  • 1+ year of work experience in Urology as an NP/PA (not including training or RN) is required
  • Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
  • Not accepting Locums submissions
  • Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
