Job Summary: The Box Office Seasonal Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the main and remote box offices within the Ticket Operations Department.The supervisor oversees day-of-game operations which include but are not limited to conflict resolution, staffing, and reporting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Seasonal staffing, training, and scheduling of box office window personnel
• Communicate promotions, ticket specials, and deadlines to keep staff informed
• Manage the daily operation of the main ticket office
• Responsible for resolving customer issues pertaining to ticket problems at the box office (i.e. exchange of season tickets, will-call, unused tickets, coupons, etc.)
• Learn to be proficient with ticket printer services and issues that will arise and able to diagnose and fix issues
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Marketing General Manager

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• One year of ticket office experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills required
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
