Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Engage in the recruitment process by sourcing top talent, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and managing the selection process for customer service roles
• Lead onboarding efforts, including handling paperwork, organizing training sessions and ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture
• Collaborate with recruiters to meet time-sensitive hiring needs

Staffing Coordinator Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
