Staffing and Resource Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a Staffing and Resource Specialist specializing in staff and resource management, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a Staffing and Resource Specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of program objectives working with key stakeholders. You’ll help with tactical planning using project management tools and regular interactions with the program management office and technical leaders.

You Have:

• Experience supporting or leading recruiting, interviewing, hiring, or onboarding and offboarding initiatives
• Experience with data entry, database maintenance, data tracking, analysis, and metrics reporting
• Experience leading projects
• Experience applying excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, including analyzing problems, conducting research, evaluating options for action, and providing thoughtful recommendations at a strategic level
• Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written form with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to exhibit strong organizational, task, and time management skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and creativity to provide recommendations to solve business problems
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience coordinating subcontractor or teammate staffing
• Experience working with a geographically dispersed team, including at OCONUS locations
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
