Senior Salesforce Admin– Commercial Real Estate
Location: New York City (Office-Based)

Madison Avenue Consulting is a trusted Salesforce partner dedicated to connecting top talent with organizations that need transformative Salesforce solutions. We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Admin for one of our long-standing clients, a prominent commercial real estate organization.

This is a full-time, office-based role located in New York City, offering the opportunity to work directly with a prominent Commercial real estate organization on impactful internal Salesforce projects.

About the Role

This role involves leading Salesforce internal projects, configuring complex systems, and aligning Salesforce functionality with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, hands-on experience as an internal Salesforce Admin, and a problem-solving mindset to drive innovative solutions.

Note: Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complex System Configurations: Implement and manage advanced configurations, including validation rules, layouts, flows, and Lightning Record Pages.
  • Project Leadership: Lead Salesforce implementation projects, manage timelines, and deliver results aligned with business goals.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Oversee data management processes, ensuring high standards of data integrity and compliance.
  • Approval Process Management: Build and optimize flow-based approval processes and custom solutions, incorporating best practices to minimize technical debt.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, align Salesforce solutions with business objectives, and drive engagement.
  • System Maintenance: Manage system upkeep, troubleshooting, and reporting processes to ensure optimal platform performance.
  • Integration Support: Collaborate on future integration projects with platforms like Crexi, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal disruptions.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Salesforce Administration:

  • Expertise in creating and managing Salesforce objects, including fields, record types, and validation rules.
  • Proficiency with Flow Builder, including designing and troubleshooting complex flows.
  • Strong knowledge of user permissions, Lightning Record Pages, and data security protocols.
  • Experience reading and debugging Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).

Approval Processes:

  • Familiarity with custom approval processes built using flows and Apex.
  • Understanding of approval process best practices and optimization techniques.

Troubleshooting and Best Practices:

  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve Salesforce issues efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.

Experience Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience as a Salesforce Administrator for an internal team.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement solutions tailored to internal team requirements and business objectives.

Tech Stack Exposure:

  • Salesforce: Leading CRM platform for deal management.
  • DealPath: Legacy deal management platform transitioning to Salesforce.
  • Crexi: Commercial real estate platform for sales transactions (future integration planned).

Projects and Initiatives:
  • Deal Process: Enhance and manage a multi-layered Opportunity-based sales process, including approval workflows and stage design.
  • Property Management: Develop solutions for tracking and managing property ownership changes and preventing conflicts in sales processes.
  • Commission Calculations: Optimize and expand a commission calculation process using custom objects, flows, and LWCs. Plan and execute the development of a custom replacement for standard Opportunity Splits functionality.
