Position: Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Generative AI

We re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Generative AI to join our team. Job Responsibilities:

1. Model Development & Deployment:
   • Lead the development, training, and deployment of advanced machine learning models, with a strong emphasis on generative AI techniques (e.g., GANs, VAEs, transformers).
   • Design and optimize large-scale models for NLP, image synthesis, or multimodal tasks.
2. Research & Innovation:
   • Conduct applied research to explore new frontiers in generative AI, especially in the areas of RAG, few-shot learning, and transfer learning.
   • Contribute to the publication of research papers, patents, or presentations at AI conferences and forums.
3. Data Engineering & Pipeline Management:
   • Oversee the creation of scalable data pipelines to support ML and generative AI models, integrating structured and unstructured data.
   • Ensure data quality, availability, and pre-processing efficiency to enhance model performance.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   • Collaborate closely with product teams, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into products, such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and creative content tools.
   • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of junior machine learning engineers and data scientists.
5. Performance Optimization:
   • Optimize model training and inference performance, leveraging distributed computing and cloud-based resources.
   • Drive improvements in model accuracy, latency, and scalability for production-grade systems.
6. Compliance & Ethical AI:
   • Ensure adherence to ethical AI standards, focusing on transparency, fairness, and privacy in generative model development.
   • Keep abreast of regulatory compliance standards related to AI, such as GDPR and CCPA, and ensure models are aligned.
