Salary: $170,000 - $215,000 per year
A bit about us: We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in HVAC/Mechanical Projects. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC/Mechanical projects, from planning and development to execution and completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Details Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage HVAC/Mechanical projects from inception to completion.
2. Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources needed to successfully complete the project.
3. Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
4. Regularly monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
5. Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
6. Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
7. Review and approve project designs and plans, ensuring they meet the project's objectives and specifications.
8. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
9. Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
10. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for upper management and stakeholders.
11. Resolve any problems that may occur during project execution.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction industry with a focus on HVAC/Mechanical projects.
3. Professional Engineering License (P.E.)
4. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
6. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address issues before they become problems.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
9. Proficiency in project management software.
10. PMP or an equivalent certification is a plus.
11. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
