Hello RECE’s and OCT's,
We are looking for an Ontario CECE, good standing holder of their RECE. The position is for someone to be able to work shifts between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 P.M, Monday to Friday along with special after-hour events throughout the year. e.g. 7:00-4:00PM, 8-5PM, 9-6:00 PM, 7:30-4:30PM.
The position is Monday to Friday and Full Time Shift
We are looking for the flexible candidate to be energetic, extremely clean & organized as well have the ability to work independently and loves to stay in shape.
The position could become a permanent position; only serious educators will be offered the permanent position.
No phone calls are accepted regarding the position.
1. Strong knowledge of child development and HDLH.
2. Be competent in developing age-appropriate learning experiences
3. Demonstrate strong skills in communication and engagement
4. Thorough understanding of licensing standards
5. Must be able to work between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
6. Minimum 1 years being EMPLOYED in a license childcare centre in Ontario
7. Be a positive role model to our students.
8. Maintain a biased free classroom, have the ability to handle difficult conversations and questions which may arise for children exposed to the media, facilitate growth and independent critical thinking as to a way to cope with the current social climate.
9. Have the ability to promote self-confidence and self-awareness.
** We are a Peanut free facility however we do serve Almonds. Due to current demographics in enrolment, due to maintaining a safe environment for all we can not accept anyone (student or staff) with anaphylaxis by airborne and touch exposure to Lentils and Beans.
Qualifications;
Our stated 'hourly rate' does not include wage grants from the province nor the Region of Peel.
