Summary:

Join our team at Revive Rx Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician specializing in Sterile Compounding! Your role will be pivotal in supporting our pharmacy team. Your main responsibilities include compounding medications, maintaining the compounding lab, and ensuring smooth operations under the guidance of our expert pharmacists.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Compound medications precisely according to specifications.
• Adhere to USP 795 and 800 regulations in compounding formulas and drugs.
• Expertly handle and maintain compounding equipment.
• Manage inventory of chemicals and supplies for compounding.
• Exhibit reliable and punctual attendance.
• Collaborate effectively as a team member.
• Uphold high standards in work and regularly review processes.
• Gain familiarity with procedures and products across various departments.
• Undertake additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Committed to ongoing Pharmacy Continuing Education.
• Proficient in computer usage, including basic pharmacy calculations.

Experience:

• At least one year of experience in a pharmacy setting.

Computer Skills:

• Proficient with internet, email, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
• Familiar with the pharmacy's current computer systems and responsible for ongoing training.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk frequently.
• Capability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Must have close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Type:

• Full-time shift (12pm- 8pm)
