Pay Rate Range: US$62.00-$64.00 per hour

Who we are looking for / Requirements:

Our client is seeking an Oracle Cloud Technical Architect. MUST have EXPERT knowledge in the areas listed in the JD and must have excellent communication skills.

Key components we are looking for:

• Oracle HCM cloud inbound and outbound integrations
• HCM extracts & OTBI reports
• HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader

What you will do / Responsibilities:

• Implement & support HCM Cloud Applications covering conversion, integrations, customizations and reports
• Lead Data Conversion activities from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud for global organizations
• Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day to day business needs as well as scaling for volume and growth
• Support Design and Testing of Integrations from/to HCM Cloud from/to Third Party Vendors
• Collaborate with the offshore development team in delivering the project
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze and take appropriate action to remediate issues
• Hands-on development, maintenance and implementing/supporting Oracle HCM cloud inbound and outbound integrations using BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader
• Automating end to end integration using HCM Cloud SOAP & REST/ATOM web services
• Ability to develop adhoc reports to cater business needs using BI Publisher and OTBI
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM cloud to understand product/process functionality and derive integration designs that map source/target systems
• Good functional knowledge on Core HR, Benefits, Payroll and Absence.
