Licensed Massage Therapists

We are in search of Licensed Massage Therapists, serving both the Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra market. Our Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, a nationwide franchise, is growing every day so your books will be consistent!

Qualifications

Active massage therapist license in the state of Florida
Strong team player
Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
Able to work flexible days and hours
Professional manner, discretion and appearance
Compensation Structure

Up to $62/hour
Base $22 - $25 per service + Tips + Commissions + Monthly Bonus + Incentives
20%-22% gratuity. Average gratuity on a 50 min Swedish is $15-$25

Responsibilities

Provide 60-minute massages to clients by appointment.
Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most.
Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions
Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body
Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients
Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire
Educating clients on the benefits of massages as part of their overall wellness program
Ability to perform Swedish, Deep Tissue. We will train for other modalities.
