Journeyman Electrician

Position Overview
The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in various settings. This role requires advanced electrical knowledge and technical proficiency, as well as the ability to solve complex problems and comply with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform advanced electrical wiring and system testing and troubleshooting.
• Lead and supervise junior electricians and apprentices.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Document and report on work performed, including maintenance logs and compliance checks.
• Provide customer service and support regarding electrical issues and inquiries.
• Conduct solar panel installations and maintenance as needed.
• Participate in professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
• Experience in solar panel installation and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to document and report accurately.
