What you will do:

This position is responsible for supporting regional operational activities and overseeing all aspects of the Plymouth, MN store location including store sales and customer support, order administration, inventory management, warehousing, employee development & training and showroom appearance and promotion.

How you will do it:

  • Store sales growth attainment both in units and parts & supplies.

  • Maintain Operational excellence for key operational categories and management of the region. 

  • Manage customer support and maintain an efficient operation.

  • Develop and train the Counter Sales and Warehouse Associates.

  • Maintain inventory control within store and region to adequately serve customers while maintaining 98% cycle count accuracy.

  • Manage all shipping and receiving activities to assure that products are handled and stored in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Trains warehouse personnel in material handling methods, ensuring that the applicable OSHA requirements are fulfilled including forklift certification.

  • Manages the product selection function for the location. 

  • Administers the Factory Warranty policies and including review and approval of warranty claims and the proper disposition of defective items.

  • Ensure that the facility team and regional team adhere to all branch policies and procedures.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combined education and experience. 

  • A minimum of six years of experience related to the HVAC industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows including e-mail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability.

  • Effective and professional communication and organization skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation.

This role is in person Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at our Plymouth, MN store.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $52,700 - 71,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
