Overview of the Human Resources Generalist Role:

• Recruiting: screen and interview potential employees
• Manage Employee Relations
• Assist with enrolling employees with Compensation & Benefits
• Utilize an HRIS system to track employee records
• Establish and develop organizational culture
• Review employee engagement and satisfaction
• Handle labor relations including working with laws and unions

Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related degree
• Two years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Experience with a major payroll software is preferred
• HR Generalist needs the ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong communication and organization skills, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
