Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Head to lead our client's global talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent to support our client's organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans to address them.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations, to expand our talent pool.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our culture, values, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken is MUST.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies in a global or multinational organization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and proactively solve complex recruitment challenges.
- Proficiency in recruitment software/tools and familiarity with HRIS systems.
