**Job Description:**
As a Boutique Beauty Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, passionately promoting our values and offerings. As a vital member of our team, you will consistently deliver the highest level of hospitality, creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. Your role will involve achieving defined sales and client development targets while enhancing our brand image and desirability.
**Main Responsibilities:**
**Selling Our Products:**
- Engage in both in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper for our clients.
- Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, adhering to our D.I.O.R. method:
- **Display Ultimate Hospitality:** Welcome customers warmly, whether at the counter or while engaging with foot traffic.
- **Connect Authentically:** Understand and identify client needs through meaningful conversations.
- **Personalized Product Offers:** Propose and demonstrate tailored product recommendations across makeup, fragrance, and skincare, ensuring a comprehensive beauty experience.
- **Passionate Communication:** Share our brand's storytelling and educate clients about our products with enthusiasm.
- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Meet retail sales goals (both in-store and remote) and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis, tracking your performance daily.
- **Master Brand Knowledge:** Stay informed about our brand, product categories, and competition.
**Client Experience & Management:**
- Build lasting relationships with existing clients, both in-store and remotely.
- Attract new clients through genuine interactions and engagement.
- Utilize our tools and resources (such as Dior Connect & iPos) to register client data, drive traffic, and foster loyalty.
- Meet defined goals in all CRM activities, including client recruitment, development, outreach, and sales.
- Enhance customer relationships through personalized services, targeted sampling, and omnichannel offerings.
**Boutique Operations:**
- Contribute to maintaining a pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
- Support merchandising guidelines and inventory management.
- Operate cash registers and assist with daily revenue closing.
- Complete all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Attend offsite Seasonal Schools and training programs.
- Adhere to personal grooming standards in line with our brand guidelines, including wearing the designated uniform.
- Safely handle, lift, and move merchandise as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving retail results in sales and profitability.
- Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare, ideally in a luxury setting.
- Digital savvy with experience in operational POS systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and client tracking systems.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

We offer a competitive salary range as a guideline to ensure our employees receive market-competitive pay, while also allowing for flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. While the salary range of $27-$30/hour reflects our targeted compensation for this role, we reserve the right to offer compensation outside of this range based on individual qualifications and experience.
