About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Employer Relations. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing, planning, and executing a comprehensive company engagement strategy that encompasses a range of student opportunities, including experiential learning, internships, and full-time employment. This role is pivotal in positioning the institution as a leading source of talent and requires a professional who is adept at working with high-level corporate executives, human capital leaders, and other key stakeholders. The Executive Director will be responsible for student outcomes that directly impact the institution's growth and revenue, and must therefore be skilled in building and managing employer relationships, as well as educating students about the competencies and processes necessary for success in the business world. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 8-10 years of management experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in corporate talent acquisition or employer relations in higher education. The role demands outstanding business development, marketing, and sales skills, as well as the ability to execute complex strategies and negotiate effectively.
