About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President/Executive Director for its University Corporation. The successful candidate will serve as the chief executive officer, responsible for the overall administration, leadership, and vision of a wide range of auxiliary operations. This includes overseeing the main operations and strategic direction of the corporation, managing human resources for a significant number of employees, and ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization. The role involves leading initiatives to enhance the corporation's support of university programs and services, mentoring staff, and fostering a positive work environment. The Executive Director will also be involved in program and service design, implementation, and success, and will be expected to have a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Applicants for this position at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education or a related sector.
