We are looking for an Executive Assistant who has that “dog” in them—a hungry, hyper-motivated, and relentlessly resourceful professional who moves quickly and takes extreme ownership of their work. 

This role is more than managing schedules and booking travel—it’s about being a force multiplier for our CEO, CSO, and leadership team. You will play a critical role in our day-to-day operations and help our business run smoothly. 

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Support: Be two steps ahead of the CEO, CSO, and leadership—managing calendars, emails, travel, and key communications with precision. Handle high-stakes scheduling and anticipate needs before they arise.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between Iverson’s executives and internal/external stakeholders. Craft clear, professional, and engaging communication that reflects Iverson’s ethos and values.
• Organizational Excellence: Implement and maintain streamlined workflows, filing systems, and processes that enhance operational efficiency. Ensure all documentation, schedules, and workflows are meticulously organized and up-to-date.
• Problem Solving: Proactively anticipate challenges, identify potential roadblocks, and take the initiative to resolve issues before they escalate. Approach obstacles with a solutions-oriented mindset, always prioritizing the team's success.
• Cultural Contribution: Foster a positive work environment by bringing humor, decency, and energy to your role, while encouraging the same in others.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within a creative or design-focused organization. Experience supporting C-suite executives is a strong advantage.
• Detail-Oriented: A natural perfectionist who excels at catching the small details that make a big difference. You’re known for keeping things running like clockwork.
• Adaptability: Comfortable pivoting priorities and navigating ambiguity. You thrive under pressure and remain calm in the face of challenges.
• Passion for Design: Demonstrated interest in creative services, design, or related fields. While you don’t need to be a designer, you should have an appreciation for and understanding of the creative process.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms (e.g., Linear, Notion, or similar). Experience with Figma is a plus.
• AI & Systems: Passionate about AI and emerging technologies, proactively exploring ways to streamline your work. You're curious and scrappy, seeking opportunities to learn, adapt, and implement solutions to improve individual and team performance.
• Ownership Mentality: You take full responsibility for your tasks, seeing them through from start to finish with excellence. You’re proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated.
• Interpersonal Skills: A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills. You’re skilled at managing up, down, and sideways with professionalism and warmth.
• Sense of Humor: A lighthearted, positive attitude that contributes to our culture of fun and creativity. You know when to take things seriously and when to inject a bit of levity.
