Job Description

• Assist in managing workers compensation and reducing costs by working closely with insurance carriers, Client workers compensation manager, attorneys and state authorities along with in-house supervisors and managers. Manage each claim from the accident report to the return of the worker for modified duty and ultimately to claim closure.
• Help implement the corporate Environmental Health Safety Information System. Collect safety data for use in determining root-causes of compliance problems and implement proactive corrective action items.
• Assist with the administration, implementation and compliance with the ISO14001 and 45001 EHS Management System (acts as the plant management representative).
• Present safety and environmental training programs to workers and supervisors. Some standardized materials will be made available, and development of site-specific training materials will be required.
• Drive Safety Performance throughout the plant.
• All other duties assigned.
