Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Director of Post Sales to plan, develop, and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth through existing clients. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales leadership, team management, and achieving ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Leadership Strategy:
    - Develop and implement strategic sales strategies to meet regional targets.
    - Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals through effective forecasting and pipeline management.
    - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business strategies.
  • Technical Expertise in Microsoft Solutions, Cloud, and DevOps:
    - Exhibit in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and services with a focus on cloud solutions like M365, Azure, and DevOps practices.
    - Strong understanding of Microsoft and Hashicorp Terraform technologies to address complex client needs.
    - Stay up-to-date on emerging tech trends, integrating them into customer-centric solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    - Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    - Deliver compelling, tailored presentations and negotiate effectively to close deals.
    - Provide ongoing support and technical guidance to clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management and Development:
    - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals; setting and tracking performance metrics.
    - Oversee team training, ensuring proficiency in Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, and DevOps practices.
    - Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Sales Metrics and Analysis:
    - Monitor and analyze sales performance using key metrics, such as conversion rates, average deal size, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value.
    - Implement and refine sales processes to optimize the sales cycle and improve efficiency.
    - Conduct in-depth ROI analysis for sales initiatives, adapting strategies to maximize effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements

  • Technical experience in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field or equivalent in experience.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a technical or technology-focused industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud computing, and DevOps methodologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, Microsoft DSC, Hashicorp Terraform, and Pulumi.
  • Strong Business Acumen around the industry and/or regional settings.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinker, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
