Schedule: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week), 1099
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET
Location: Remote* *Must Reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone

Role Overview: We are seeking a Paid Social Ads Copywriter who thrives on variety. This role involves crafting engaging copy across multiple platforms-whether it's paid ads, marketing emails, social media posts, or newsletters. You'll leverage our innovative ideas to motivate our audience and drive results.

This contract includes attending daily stand-up meetings and weekly planning sessions, ensuring alignment with our goals and dynamics for consistently high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities and Success Metrics:

1. Ad Copy Creation: Write compelling ad copy for Facebook and Instagram.

Goal: Generate at least 35 booked sales calls per week while maintaining consistent ad spend.

1. Email Marketing: Develop engaging weekly emails in our brand voice.

Goal: Achieve open and click rates within established benchmarks.

1. Newsletter Articles: Write 4-5 articles for our monthly newsletter.

Goal: Complete drafts by the 10th of each month, aiming for an average member rating of 4.5 stars.

1. Social Media Content: Create headlines, descriptions, and captions for various platforms.

Goal: Achieve a minimum 10% growth in likes, subscribers, and comments quarter-over-quarter.

1. Lead Magnets: Develop new resources such as white papers and eBooks.

Goal: Produce one new lead magnet every four weeks to drive a minimum of 35 booked sales call per week
