Job Description:
As a Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading our firm to continued success and growth. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client service, business development, and firm management. Your leadership, expertise, and strategic vision will be instrumental in driving our firm forward and maintaining our reputation as a trusted advisor in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing proactive guidance and solutions.
Lead client engagements, ensuring quality service delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic advice on financial matters and business opportunities.
Business Development:
Develop and execute strategic plans to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
Identify growth opportunities and market trends, positioning the firm to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Represent the firm in networking events, industry conferences, and community outreach activities to enhance visibility and reputation.
Team Leadership and Development:
Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Oversee the professional development of team members, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed.
Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the firm.
Firm Management:
Collaborate with fellow partners and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives for the firm.
Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, optimizing processes and resources to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in public accounting, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibility.
Proven expertise in tax planning and compliance, financial reporting, and business advisory services.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated business development experience, with a successful track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to client service excellence.
