As a Corporate Sales Trainer , you'll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. The Corporate Sales Trainer embodies the core values, continues to foster and promote our great culture, and is passionate about helping prepare our new partners to successfully begin representing the Achieve Debt Resolution product. You will spend a lot of time in the classroom, (virtual or live) delivering content in a fun and creative way to help boost the employees' performance on the production floors. You'll collaborate with other Trainers to review the facilitation guide and come up with innovative ways to deliver the content in a way that lands with the learners and prepares them for production.

Although this position is based in Tempe, Arizona, it requires travel to various Achieve partner locations for in-person training. Travel includes both domestic and international locations.

Qualifications

What you'll do:
  • Requires up to 90% travel, some weekends. Schedule will be adjusted for weekend travel needs
  • Facilitate and conduct Sales Training for new sales partners as they are on-boarded by Achieve
  • Deliver training programs in a multitude of locations such as corporate offices, hotels, and training centers
  • Coordinate with senior leadership at Achieve as well as partner leadership and their teams
  • Majority of training will be in person, but may be conducted virtually
  • Comfortable in a high-volume training environment. Achieve is actively bringing on new partners each week. Each new partner requires onboarding and training
  • Comfortable in a high-variable environment. Being able to adapt to different learning environments and being able to actively problem solve when at off site training locations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and existing subject matter experts to ensure training is up-to-date
  • Foster a positive, practical, and effective onboarding process for partners
  • Responsible for performance and classroom management
  • Provide on-site coaching and support to sales representatives
  • Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum learning effectiveness
  • When not traveling, you will support local Achieve training initiatives such as New Employee Orientation or any of our other training programs delivered directly to Achieve team members


Qualifications

What you'll bring:
  • 3+ years of sales or customer service training experience
  • Travel training experience required
  • Effective and engaging in-person/virtual presentation skills
  • Experience in a remote environment, (training remote employees, collaborating across a remote team, etc.)
  • Ability to work from home as well as in the office
  • Financial sales services background (banking, collections, lending) preferred
  • Develop individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance for new, as well as, tenured team members and partners
  • Familiar with performance management methodologies
  • Adaptability to a growing and changing environment
  • Excellent communicator - possessing stellar speaking, writing, and listening skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capability
  • Selected candidates will be required to give a training presentation to leadership as part of our hiring process
  • Experience developing and writing training materials (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
