  • Community Engagement: Establish and maintain robust relationships with local community leaders and business owners, enhancing IBG's community presence and building trust.

  • Business Development: Actively seek out new clients by engaging business owners and their employees, leveraging both individual consultations and group benefits enrollment sessions.

  • Technology Utilization: Employ our advanced CRM technology to streamline client management, enhance communication, and maintain detailed organizational systems.

  • Lead Generation: Implement our effective referral-based strategy to continuously generate high-quality leads and expand our client base.
