Your Role: In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in creating exceptional customer experiences and initiating our sales process. Beyond understanding and empathizing with customers, you will actively identify sales opportunities and skillfully guide customers toward effective solutions. Your ability to pivot conversations into meaningful sales will be crucial in ensuring every customer receives the support they need.

ey Responsibilities - Utilize our proven sales techniques to enhance the customer's experience and get them excited about the relief we offer
- Take inbound warm/hot leads and convert them into sales appointments for our in-store Sales Consultants
- Respond to all internet inquiries and live chats by outbound calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner
- Identify, source, and route repeat customers and non-sales activities to internal teams as necessary
- Manage your own sales pipeline through follow-up reminders, and appointment logs

Experience & Minimum Qualifications - 1-3 years B2C sales call experience
- Proven inside sales or appointment scheduling history and high conversion rate
- Effective communication skills (email and phone)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Flexible with evening and weekend hours
This is an onsite role in Milwaukee, WI with the opportunity to potentially be hybrid.
