About the Role

As a Recruiting Assistant , you will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and connecting top talent with career opportunities. This position involves a variety of recruitment, marketing, and branding initiatives to support the company’s hiring efforts.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for positions within the office services division
• Conduct interviews with applicants for current and upcoming openings
• Match top talent with reputable companies in the Sacramento area
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout their job search
• Proactively prospect and identify potential clients through
• Manage online applications and job postings
• Assist candidates with onboarding, background checks, and screenings
• Support community recruiting efforts, including job fairs and networking events
• Oversee the First Day Success Program to ensure a smooth transition for placed candidates
