Position Summary:

AdaptHealth is seeking a talented and highly ambitious team member. The ideal candidate will have excellent financial acumen and strong work ethic with a “can-do” attitude and eagerness for rapid growth and professional development.

The Analyst will immediately contribute to a new and exciting team within the Office of the CFO, responsible for identifying and delivering on opportunities to drive growth in revenue and profitability. The Analyst will have substantial exposure to senior leaders within Finance & Accounting and across the Company.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain complex excel-based financial models to support strategic opportunities, growth, and pricing strategies.
• Directly contribute to the evaluation and pricing of new business opportunities
• Support continuous improvement in processes and tools including self-service dashboards, financial models, development of external benchmarks, financial governance, and collaboration approaches with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin expansion through detailed financial review of internal and external data
• Gain exposure to various healthcare reimbursements methods, sales cycle, and order workflows
• Complete detailed analytics to assess operational and financial metrics and across key value drivers
• Conduct deep dive reviews of specific product lines, payors, and geographies to help determine and prioritize opportunities for growth and margin expansion.
• Leverage SQL queries and data models to quickly analyze ad-hoc data from various platforms including Snowflake.

• Financial acumen and modeling: the successful candidate should possess very strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to articulate the “so what” and next steps/recommendations following from their analysis

• Flexibility: someone who is adaptive to frequent changes in priorities, organization, and strategy; flexible to deadlines with short lead times.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Mental alertness and the ability to properly treat confidential information.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is required with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years in a role that necessitated strong data analysis, especially in investment banking, management consulting or similar is preferred, however entry level candidates with strong analytical and financial skills will also be considered.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Require 3 days per week onsite in Conshohocken, PA, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining 2 days per week
• Work environment will be stressful at times, as overall office activities and work levels fluctuate
• Must be able to bend, stoop, stretch, stand, and sit for extended periods of time
• Subject to long periods of sitting and exposure to computer screen
• Ability to perform repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and/or fingers due to extensive computer use
• Mental ability to lead others and change processes in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds as needed
• Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• May be exposed to angry or irate customers or patients
• Must be able to travel as needed
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with internal and external customers with the ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, courtesy, and respect for privacy.
